Due to the perishable nature of our premium proteins, we are unable to accept physical returns of food items once they have left our facility. If your order arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a resolution.
Return Process

Upon delivery, immediately check your package to ensure all vacuum seals are intact and products are still at a safe, chilled temperature.
- 2.Document Issues
If there is a discrepancy or damage, take clear high-resolution photos of the product, the packaging, and the shipping label as evidence.

Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 24 hours of receipt, including your order number and the photos of the affected items.
- 4.Resolution Process
Our team will review your claim and, if approved, will issue a store credit or process a replacement shipment to ensure your satisfaction.
