TOUSHU 6.5" Japanese Santoku Knife | FC-380

TOUSHU knives are manufactured by Fuji Cutlery Co., Ltd. The sister company of Tojiro applies advanced construction techniques and modern materials, combined with high-quality Japanese quality control to produce great knives suitable for chefs, home cooks, and professionals at a great price

Toushu knives are somewhere in between the quality of Tojiro and Ryutoku knives. While Ryutoku is meant for home use, Toushu can be suited for professional applications.

This is a santoku knife, the Japanese version of the chef’s knife. The shape of the blade of the santoku is, unlike a chef’s knife, practically the same alongside the entire length of the blade and only has a slight curve a couple of centimeters from the tip towards the spine. In addition, the Santoku is lighter and shorter than its European brother which makes the Santoku very popular.

  • Blade: Molybdenum vanadium steel, Handle: Mahogani, Cinning: Polyethylene resin, Polypropylene resin
  • Total Length: 11.8 inches (300 mm), Blade Length: 6.5 inches (165 mm)
  • Weight: 3.7 oz (105 g)
  • Material: Blade: Molybdenum vanadium steel
  • Handle: Magic, Cinnle: Polyethylene resin, Polypropylene resin
  • Country of Manufacture: Japan
  • Double-edged finish
